I enjoy escorting my clients from problem to solution, helping them plan for a future, and giving them peace of mind.

Katie concentrates her practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and will and trust litigation. She devotes a substantial portion of her practice to elder law including Medicaid planning and applications, special needs planning, elder abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation litigation, and nursing home issues.  Katie represents her clients with a continuity of care that takes them step by step from the planning phase through the execution, implementation, and administration phases.  Her expertise in litigation and her familiarity with elder abuse, neglect and financial exploitation complement her practice when disputes and contested matters arise.  Katie enjoys escorting her clients from problem to solution, helping them plan for their future, and giving them peace of mind.
